As a coach, Michael has held leadership positions in various top high school programs, specializing in player development, team culture, and mental performance. His certifications and experience as a trainer have allowed him to guide athletes through the mental and physical demands of high-level competition. Since co-founding One Play Development, Michael has directly impacted over 4,000 student-athletes, teaching them how to embody confidence, handle challenges, and positively impact others. His leadership in One Play Development continues to influence athletes, club team and high school programs across the country, helping athletes build confidence, overcome challenges, reach their highest potential and directly guide and influence teams toward developing winning records with winning cultures.

As Assistant Athletic Director for 14 years, O'Neill oversaw 17 sports and hundreds of coaches, helping elevate programs and student-athletes. A Lehigh University alumnus and recipient of its prestigious "Coach's Award," his NCAA and H.S. lacrosse playing career informs his approach to developing resilient, high-performing athletes and teams.
At One Play Development, O'Neill drives 1v1 development, team building and culture strategy, staff mentorship, while his Mental Performance Mastery Program equips athletes with tools for on-field success and lifelong resilience. A former Captain and Defensive MVP at Ohio State, Stimmel transitioned his on-field success into a prolific coaching career becoming one of the youngest NCAA Head Coaches ever. As the offensive coordinator he achieved national recognition by leading Yale to its first-ever National Championship in 2018, followed by a runner-up finish in 2019. His offenses rank among the most prolific in NCAA history.
Stimmel also served as the Defensive Coordinator at Marquette University, helping the program secure its first-ever Big East Championship in 2016. A proven mentor and innovator, Stimmel’s leadership continues to empower athletes to excel on and off the field. His ability to prepare athletes, their families, as well as club and H.S teams to understand what it takes to go to the next level is a good as can be found. Kip Turner is one of the most respected minds in lacrosse. A 2007 graduate of the University of Virginia, Turner has played a pivotal role in UVA’s resurgence as a national powerhouse under head coach Lars Tiffany. As the Cavaliers’ goalie and faceoff coach, transition coordinator, and contributor to offensive development, he’s been instrumental in seven consecutive winning seasons, multiple Final Four appearances, and two national titles.
As a player, Turner was a USILA All-American and the Defensive MVP on Virginia’s undefeated 2006 national championship team. He then enjoyed a decorated nine-year MLL career, winning two league titles with the Chesapeake Bayhawks, one with the Boston Cannons, and earning MLL Goalkeeper of the Year honors.
With six championship rings—one as a player at UVA, two as a UVA coach, two MLL titles with Chesapeake, and one with Boston—Turner’s legacy continues to grow. Off the field, his leadership, player development, and tactical insight have been key to his ongoing success.

As Head Coach at Mars Area High School, Latona has built one of Western Pennsylvania’s top girls lacrosse programs, capturing three consecutive WPIAL titles, three section championships, and four state appearances. Her leadership has produced 15+ NCAA commits, USA All-Americans, and countless young women who have advanced in both athletics and academics under her mentorship.
Her coaching style emphasizes leadership, discipline, positivity, and resilience—earning her regional and national recognition for both competitive success and player development. Driven to grow Pittsburgh lacrosse, Latona co-directs Steel City Lacrosse Club, one of the region’s top girls club programs, and has also coached for Xtreme Club Lacrosse in Lancaster, PA. A two-time captain and standout attacker at Shenandoah University, Latona was recognized for her athletic and academic achievements.
This background shapes her focus on individualized skill development and cultivating a championship mindset both on and off the field.
Holding a Doctorate in Occupational Therapy, Latona’s clinical expertise includes a focus on mental wellness for female student-athletes. She has been a practicing Pediatric OT for six years. With a focus on long-term development, Abby is dedicated to growing the game of girls lacrosse and helping young women foster a lifelong love for the sport. Her passion lies in empowering girls to thrive—not only on the field, but in life.

Chazz Woodson

Chazz Woodson is a standout figure in the world of lacrosse and joins One Play Development after leading the nation's first and only [DI men's] HBCU lacrosse program through its foundational phase. Chazz's professional playing career spanned 13 seasons. Regarded as one of the sport's most electrifying players, the two-time MLL All-Star was known for his acrobatic style of play, that
landed him on ESPN's Sports Center Top 10 list multiple times.
Prior to being drafted into Major League Lacrosse, Woodson was a standout at Brown University. In both his junior and senior campaigns, he earned:

Chazz spearheads One Play Development's Hampton Roads office. He grew up in Norfolk, Virginia, and is a former three-sport student-athlete at Norfolk Academy and Blue Ridge School.

A former two-time NCAA Champion and 2001 USILA Goalie of the Year at Princeton, Tierney went on to become one of the most decorated goalies in international and professional lacrosse. He earned All-World honors with Team USA, captured an MLL Championship, and was selected to five league All-Star games.
Transitioning from elite player to coach, Tierney helped guide the University of Denver to three NCAA Final Fours and the program’s first-ever National Championship in 2015. His defensive leadership and goalie development have shaped some of the game’s top collegiate and professional athletes.
Beyond the field, Tierney holds advanced training in psychology and leadership development, with psychology degrees from Princeton and Harvard Extension School, and is certified as an Excellence With Integrity Institute Specialist. His unique blend of championship-level athletic experience and developmental expertise equips him to mentor athletes, teams, and organizations in pursuit of excellence.

Eric Seremet, recognized for a distinguished career spanning over 25 years as a Division I lacrosse coach and professional player, brings his wealth of expertise to One Play Development. A 7-time finisher of the Leadville Trail 100 run, Seremet channels his extensive background into a simple mission: helping players unlock their full potential and break through barriers. Through One Play Development, he continues his lifelong commitment to the sport by preparing the next generation of lacrosse players to compete with confidence, creativity, and discipline.
